Please note that while we always do our best to consider your notes, due to the random nature of selection and limited stock, we may not be able to fulfill every request.

📦 – How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
You can also track your order anytime HERE using your order number and email address.
💌 – Can’t find my order confirmation email?
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If your confirmation email is still missing, contact us HERE and we will be happy to help.
🎥 – Will my order be recorded?
Orders are randomly selected to be featured on our social media; not all will be recorded. If yours is selected, the video will be shared after delivery so your surprise remains special.
🛍️ – Can I request items without bags?
Yes! Most items come bagged from the manufacturer, but you can leave a note at checkout under Order Special Instructions, and we’ll remove the bags and pack your items unbagged whenever possible.
